Well i dc'd half way through the patch, Went to start the patch again and it said it was all done. clicked start MeowMs and it doesnt open.
I waited all that time for nothing. Unless the patch becomes quicker i wont be patching :/

Its stupid really :/ I'd rather wait until they could make the patcher faster not even real maple a fifth of this time to download.

This download is taking me forever.

I started it last night...and my progress is 1 of 7 files downloaded

224450 of 534080kb on this second file.

It's still moving and all, its just super slow. Anyone else having this problem?
My computer is really old, so, that could be my problem...although, Ali's is moving super
slow as well.

bear in mind the fact how many people are using that download at once now. i belive the max sped is caped and dived by number of dl.
side note, i had a download speed buff in time when you Atsu said that you quited downloading for now. maybe lets just take turns? ^^ lol

Its not that at all, its your connection speed to the download source, its not about sharing.

well then how me with my sucky modem net could download like 200 mega already ? thats like 2-3h only

Surely the whole time issue will lose ore players than it will gain, people play privaret servers all the time knowing they are quick to download.
Taking one look at the download time and stuff will put players right off?
All that time for the sake of a private server is a bit off putting. Especially when you dc after 3 hours and all you get is error

I'm having a problem. The patch is done, but the game won't play. Is there anyway to fix that?

i would advice to put "manual patch" too. at least till we will get a better host for patcher files

Ehh, it was 100mb per second when I tested it. :/ Anyway if you d/c during the patch and the game will no longer load go to your MeowMS folder and delete "MeowMS.ini".

Its like 5-20 kb/sec for everyone else :/

Doing this didn't work for me. It still said the patch was done after deleting that file.
