RollBacks

Hey,
I was wondering if there's something that could be done for the rollback problem.

Each time I log in, I'm always rolledback a few levels and lose a lot of mesos and items.

Ex : I logged off yesterday with a +2 HT pendant, +5 Facestompers and various other items that I was proud off.

Woke up today, logged on, and pow. Nothing there.

I'm sorry but its really frustrating.

You should always remember to do @save. It stops rollbacks and prevents this from happening. Unless you have proof, we as GM's cannot do much.

I think your case is special because I rarely see someone get rolled back and for you to get rolled back every time you log off o.O

Yeah, because I usually use @save after every level

I never do @save and I've only been rolledback once (due to a server crash)

hmmm; i never had that problem, but most of my friends had a day when they disconnected, they had a huge roll back even if they did use @save at one point of time.

I'm noticing like everyone is starting to RB, just from logging off and they did @save before they logged off...What did Cory add recently?

Weird... I never RB... Not once, even if the server crashed.

My sister (Fluffy) has had the same problem whenevr she plays she has major rollbacks of a couple levels every time she logs on. She lost 30 levels once. She used @save often and when the GM's tried to help her by putting her back (she had proof) it went beck to where she started and lost ALL of her items. Sad

It seems that with the use of Macro's, the macro's void the @save or any save for that matter. I highly advise to people that they do not use macro's to prevent rollbacks.

I got lucky, I used macros on time, but had no roll back, and I still have it on my keyboard (but it was empty since they reset Razz

) woot for luck~ ^^
