Patcher/launcher update: Sorry, gonna have to wait until Monday :/

Well we got it working but it redownloads every .wz when there's a patch which is impractical and unnecessary.
I came up with having each .wz have it's own version number on the patch server to compare to the internal version on the patcher so it'll only patch the ones I've updated but that's not implemented yet and Ace who's programming the patcher is leaving on vacation for 5 days. Almost have integrated penguin trainer working.
