Rebirth problem

Cant seem to lvl up after lvl 200, seem to be stuck
or there might be a lvl cap, so i cant seem to rebirth at lvl 250,
cuz am stuck at lvl 200

and after, i keep on pwnin dem HIMES, my exp bar go back to 99.98%? uhh i go WTF?
so i keep pwning and my exp bar go back to ornage just liek the pic ABOVE
So once again, i pwn himes again! and my exp bar go back ot 99.98% i go WTF? again
it keep doing it over and over

Ah, yeah I remember now. I forgot to fix that. I think if I manually level you up to 201 you can continue.

Oh yeah! Also do you have to use the rebirth center at the main website before you can rebirth?

nope you just go in game and talk to glimmer man, at lvl 250 and you should be able to rebirth

Maybe you should make an npc that needs you to be level 200, so it can level you up once to 201.

BTW.....Im lvl 147 I think
