Some anti virus programs detect a virus called "infostealer.liniage" which steals passwords for the game lineage. My cousin has the same problem, and there is an existing topic about this. However, to me at least, this topic offers no help at all in fixing the problem. Only thing I can say is try to disable norton when you play but that might put your comp at risk.
