Can't sign up and can't download the client.

I've googled the site and came across http://meowms.no-ip.biz:2001/ which I guess was the official site, I even "cache'd" it with Google to see if it was and yes it is. But the thing is it's been down for few days I guess and haven't been able to register nor download the game client. Any idea when it's coming up?

Well, the client and the patch aren't hosted on the website, instead it is on rapidashare and megaupload, here are the links taken directly from the DOWNLOADS tab:

hi, im trying to download the client and v.55. when i click on the link u guys gave, it takes me to the megaupload screen where it shows how to download the program, but what do i click on from there? Do i need to register?

Seriously guys, how the fuck do I sign up if the website is always down.

And when is the download client ready?
