Those of you who are close, or have hit level 250, and are the first 250 of your class. Your NPC's will be obtained in the next patch. We weren't expecting some of you to level this fast, so the NPC's will be coming in the upcoming patch. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you HAVE hit level 250 please post a picture of what your character to look like, along with the items he is wearing (ID's are helpful). Also, if you could please include in your post what you would like your NPC to say, that would be great!
