and lv.200 - 250 require the same amount of EXP....so its not like the next lv. will be harder than the last.

If there's not a way to make the max level 225, then make it so that your able to rebirth at 225 if 250 is way too hard.

I'd personally see it as 200 for a while (like, 3-5 RB's), then 250 after on, because it'd get easier to level.

Course, I'm a 175 non-rebirthed Buccaneer, so it's still kinda hard to level.

I wonder if there is a way to change it to 250 after you rebirth at 200 like 3 times.
